Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or address the issue based on the circumstances.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your order. Once any issues are addressed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, any issues will be communicated to the gift giver.
